About this role

Role: Registered Nurse in a General Surgery unit supporting adult patients with GI and Vascular diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, record and communicate patient conditions. Coordinate multidisciplinary care and serve as a primary point of contact for patient needs. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately. Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license recognized under the Nurse Licensure Compact. BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
