Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based primary care services across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans for acute, chronic, and preventive care.
Manage and follow up on patient health concerns in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs, imaging, and screenings.
Document all patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately and timely.
Participate in quality improvement activities and compliance with FQHC requirements.
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and ancillary services.
Uphold and promote patient-centered medical home (PCMH) and value-based care principles.

Experience

Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada.
Board Certified (Family Nurse Practitioner preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of primary care experience (FQHC or community health experience preferred).
DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
BLS certification (required), ACLS (preferred).
Proficient in EHR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, EPIC, etc.).
Strong communication skills and a passion for serving underserved populations.

Pay: $62.00 - $67.00 per hour Work Location: In person
