*Certified Nurse Midwife – East Chicago, Indiana– New Graduates Considered (Community Based Clinic Setting)—Loan Repayment Eligibility*

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife interested in working in a clinic setting managing OB and GYN patients with an established Community Based Clinic in East Chicago, Indiana. The Certified Nurse Midwife would work a Monday-Friday schedule 8:30am-5:00pm (5/8s) or 4/10s with some paid call involved. The Provider would see an estimated volume of 20 patients per day in the clinic and manage women’s health related issues including; OB, Centering, STD Testing and Treatment, Contraceptive Care, Pre-natal, Post-natal care, GYN work, centering, assist and well women exams.

The Provider would work collaboratively with a very well respected OB/GYN practice with an excellent reputation and enjoys training and mentoring Providers. The compensation package would include a base salary of $135,000-$145,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K. The provider would also receive a CME allowance of $2,000 and paid CME time off as well as generous PTO and paid holidays when the clinic is closed. This site also qualifies for Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corp and it would also be eligible to receive loan repayment of $25,000 per year (Minimum of a two year commitment or $50,000).

The package includes a signing bonus as well as relocation that is also discussed at the time of the offer depending upon the Provider’s needs.
