NOW HIRING: SAR Unit Manager (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAR Unit Manager (RN) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. This leadership role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced rehab environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care and outcomes. Responsibilities: Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery Requirements: Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required) Previous experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
