Role: RN – Case Management
Responsibilities
Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.

Maintain infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
