About this role

Our Private Duty Nursing program provides patients in the surrounding Birmingham area with nursing care. Typically, a nurse is assigned one patient for 1:1 care. Skills needed range from GT feedings, medication administration, trach care, breathing treatments, ventilator care etc. If you do not have experience in any of these skills, we provide extensive training in the home with the patient. Shifts vary any where from

  • 4 hour shifts-12 hour shifts. This is a great PRN, PT, or FT job! If you are wanting to leave the hospital position or fine tune your nursing skills, this is a wonderful job opportunity!
