Part-Time Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) | 2 Evening Shifts Per Pay | 3-11pm Competitive Pay | • Shift Differentials | Benefits Available We are seeking caring and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Make an Impact. Advance your Career. Give back to the Community. POSITION SUMMARY: To ensure that the physical and psychosocial needs of the residents are met in a timely and dignified manner. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Report at start of shift with worksheet to receive shift report. Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel. Count narcotics with offgoing nurse. Administer scheduled medications in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations. Perform scheduled treatments, wound assessments and documentation as per facility policy. Document pertinent information on residents including but not limited to: 7 day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, incidents/accidents and vital signs. Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders and prepare for physician rounds. Regular attendance is an essential function. Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel. Attend meetings and inservices as required. Required: Current RN or LPN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Preferred: Long-term care or skilled nursing experience Experience with electronic health records Pay Starting at $34.00/hour (LPN) | Starting at $44.00/hour (RN) Available shifts may include: Evenings (3-11p) Weekend and holiday rotation required.
