About this role
The RN/LPN in a senior living/SNF/LTC setting in the Sunapee region, provides comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. 12-hr shifts available. Work Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) senior living community providing extended care for residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or post-acute recovery needs.

- Active LPN/RN license
- Minimum experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living settings
- Experience with geriatric care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, patience, empathy, communication, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
