What You Will Do
The role of a Nurse is to provide holistic, evidence-based, culturally appropriate, patient-centred quality care in accordance with the Texas Board of Nursing standards and mission, vision, values and policies. The nurse optimizes the patient’s experience and care outcomes by being accountable for one’s decisions and professional practice;
Establishing a therapeutic relationship with the patient;

Providing autonomous nursing care with patients considered stable and with predictable outcomes;
Collaborating with other members of the patient’s care team;
Coordinating and communicating patient care activities to optimize the patient’s experience and care outcomes.
Who You Are
You are passionate about helping others. Our clients are mainly seniors who require a compassionate and caring hand. You enjoy working with seniors and show an aptitude and commitment to this line of work.
You are certified. You must have valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C training in the past three (3) years, or training must be acquired prior to employment. You must maintain your certification as a condition of employment.
You are able to travel. Our Nurses must be able to provide support anywhere in Greater Toronto Area. While we try to schedule you close to your home, travel may be required. You must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
Your background is clean. Given the nature of our work, you must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check within the past six (6) months, or clearance must be provided prior to employment.
