About the Organization and Role

We are a 501c3 nonprofit health justice clinic seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mission-driven reproductive health practice providing patient-centered, evidence-based care that includes abortion and transgender care.

This role is ideal for an RN who is committed to health equity, reproductive autonomy, and trauma-informed care, and who thrives in a collaborative, outpatient clinical environment. We provide later abortion care on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient reproductive health setting

• Assist with medication and surgical abortion procedures (education, prep, support, recovery)

• Deliver clear, nonjudgmental patient education

• Triage patient needs and respond to clinical questions

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Support clinic flow and collaborate with providers and staff

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN License

• ACLS Certification (can obtain after hire)

• NRP Certification (required by AZ state law for abortion facilities and can be obtained after hire)

• Comfortable working in a transgender health and abortion care environment

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
