Role Overview
Join a dedicated education-focused nursing unit caring for Medical Telemetry patients in a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. As a nurse, you will act as a preceptor for senior nursing students and support their clinical learning, contributing to the future of nursing and developing your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care on an 18-bed unit
Mentor and precept nursing students and support staff
Ensure adherence to best practices and patient safety
Qualifications & Skills
Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation
ACLS and BLS certifications, or obtain within 90 days
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required for sign-on bonus eligibility
