Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards

Qualifications
Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification required Compassionate, patient-focused personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule & Availability
- Full-Time Hour
- 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM (combined)
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
