As an RN on the FACT team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals on their path to recovery.
Key
Responsibilities
Perform accurate withdrawal symptom assessments Ensure compliance with patient requirements (dosing, take-homes, callbacks, and drug screenings) Document services accurately and timely in accordance with policies and best practices Support counseling staff in encouraging patient engagement in treatment Effectively communicate with patients and team members, including via telephone Monitor medical supplies and proactively coordinate replenishment Utilize strong computer skills to retrieve and input patient data Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program meeting Florida Board of Nursing standards Active Florida RN license required Experience in substance use or psychiatric settings preferred, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here
