Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As an Registered Nurse (RN) at The Blossoms at Mountain View, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional nursing care. Responsibilities

In this vital role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs

Qualifications

To be considered for this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you should meet the following criteria:

Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Current CPR certification Basic computer skills Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
