About this role
Full Time Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health role at Humboldt Park Health. Responsibilities include planning, providing, supervising and documenting professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process for patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures. Communicates and collaborates with the healthcare team, charts observations in electronic health record, provides safe and compassionate nursing care, guides unlicensed assistive personnel, assesses physiologic and psychosocial changes, performs interventions according to identified priorities, collects blood specimens, and operates department-specific equipment. 12-hour shifts, Nights.
