Our School Nurses play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and success of students each day. Our nursing team works collaboratively with students, families, staff, and community healthcare providers to help ensure students are healthy, supported, and ready to learn. School nurses in the Sioux Falls School District do far more than care for bumps and bruises - they provide compassionate care, manage student health needs, promote wellness, respond to emergencies, and build trusted relationships that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
