Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive
- High school diploma or equivalent
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned
- Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
- Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostics
- Educate patients and families on health care practices
- Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
- Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
- Document care and patient responses in accordance with facility policy
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Take charge of unit operations as assigned
