About this role
A respected regional healthcare system is seeking a compassionate and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Critical Care team. This role provides direct patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit, caring for critically ill patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- Current New Mexico RN License (or ability to obtain before hire)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
- If relocating, ability to start within 30–45 days
- ICU or Critical Care experience (preferred)
- ACLS Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
