RN Weekend Supervisor

The RN Weekend Supervisor will assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care. Essential functions include observing and reporting resident conditions, implementing care plans, administering medications, conducting physician rounds, narcotic reconciliation, overseeing aides, completing incident reports, discharging residents, and communicating with residents' contacts.
