Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide vital signs as needed
Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
Current LPN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or acute care setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings
