About this role
We are looking for Registered Nurses with experience in Home Health in Ventura County (Ventura, Oxnard, Santa Paula, Port Hueneme, Moorpark, Ojai), and surrounding areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES include patient care (initial assessment, care plan development, medication administration, patient/family counseling), communication (clinical notes, coordination), and additional duties (equipment arrangements, supervising home health aides).

Requirements
- California RN License
- Driver's License

- Current CPR certification (Required)
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Home health experience: 2 years (Required)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Ability to perform lab draws
