Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care in a healthcare facility. Responsibilities: Follow physician’s orders, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, assist with physician rounds and patient treatments, maintain infection control, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Assist with patient records, assessments, admissions, and scheduling physicals, ensuring timely documentation. Support research efforts related to nursing care quality and uphold standards of cleanliness and safety. Qualifications: Licensed RN from an accredited school, valid North Carolina license, and CPR certification. Must demonstrate dependability, flexibility, patience, and strong communication skills. Skills & Requirements: Ability to supervise staff, make sound nursing decisions, and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Commitment to ongoing training and adherence to safety standards is essential.
