Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a skilled care, assisted living, personal care or wellness care setting
Comprehensive knowledge of geriatric nursing, wellness principles, and best practices in senior care
Strong understanding of relevant regulations, including state licensing requirements and industry standards for wellness programs
