About this role

Simpson is looking for a Resident Care Director to join our dynamic and seasoned team. As a Resident Care Director in a senior living community, you will play a vital role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to elderly residents. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the nursing team, managing resident care plans and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the senior living management team to provide exceptional healthcare services and promote a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

Requirements

PA Licensed RN
Successful completion of an RN Program
PA Licensed RN
CPR Certification
AED Certification
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a skilled care, assisted living, personal care or wellness care setting
Comprehensive knowledge of geriatric nursing, wellness principles, and best practices in senior care
Strong understanding of relevant regulations, including state licensing requirements and industry standards for wellness programs
