Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal work outcomes.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status regularly.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient record management.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care.
Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient health status.
Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient care policies.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and schedules.
Willingness to participate in team meetings and strategy discussions.
