We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at OKEMAH CARE CENTER in Okemah, Oklahoma. In this pivotal role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, contributing significantly to our mission of enhancing the lives of our residents. *Responsibilities*

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assess patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- *Qualifications*
- Valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Proven experience in long-term care or willing to learn
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to assess patient conditions effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) system, we use Point Click Care current.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification, if not current will be provided
