About this role

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contracted, school-based placement in De Pere, WI for the 26/27 school year ! This is a full -time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

  • Demonstrated competency in the specific skills required for the assigned student including:
  • Toileting assistance
  • Colostomy support
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • MUST demonstrate reliability, punctuality and accountability

What you'll do

  • Provide all 1:1 support for students with needs ranging from developmental, behavioral, or physical disabilities, or medically fragile students
  • Implement care plans as directed by school nurse
  • Assist with adaptive equipment and assistive devices
  • Document care and communicate with school teams
