As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Visit Nurse with Interim HealthCare Home Health, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships with patients, working independently, and having flexibility in their schedule.
Rather than being tied to a facility or one patient for an entire shift, our Visit Nurses travel to patients' homes to complete skilled nursing visits and provide the care they need.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Visit Nurse, You Will

To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need
Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
At least one years of LPN experience in a home health or similar setting preferred OR one year of nursing and wound care experience.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work independently while following the patient's plan of care.
