## Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents through compassionate care.
- Mentor and guide other nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
