Job Details

As An Infusion RN, You Will

Deliver and coordinate home health infusion therapy. Develop and update a care plan in collaboration with physicians, the patient, and caregivers. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, medication, and health management. Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration for holistic care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

New York State RN license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support Certification Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Salary Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
