- Hours – Flexible schedule 20 hours per week
- Pay Range –$30-$32 per hour

Responsibilities
Assures residents maintain admission criteria, monitor, and recommend alternative placement if necessary. Assures residents have up to date care plans per state regulations Monitors and maintains resident charts and clinical progress notes. Communicates to physicians, staff and family changes in resident’s needs or conditions.
Facilitates coordination of resident services with other service providers. Oversees medications and renewals and any necessary follow-up with physicians about medications and/or medical conditions. Assures that medication administration procedures are followed properly and discusses any needed corrections, errors, etc., with staff.
Communicates in resident’s log any information that staff need to be aware of. Provides alternating supervisory visits in coordination with the RN. Works as a team player with all members of the residents’ care team.
Supervises medication practices and medical equipment being used in the building. Assures that staff clearly understand and follow all resident care procedures. Shares resident and family concerns with pertinent staff if appropriate.
Works with manager to assure emergency procedures are in place
