About this role
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who loves helping patients and being part of a caring, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support patients through every step of their visit—from preparing charts and rooming patients to assisting with procedures and providing education. If you’re organized, compassionate, and enjoy making a difference every day, this could be the perfect fit for you!
We are looking for a full time and a part time commitment. Full time schedules can be Monday through Friday or a compressed four tens work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and room patients for visits and procedures.

- Manage physician schedules and patient charts (Mosaiq EMR).
- Provide patient education and coordinate supportive resources.
- Triage phone calls and monitor test results.
- Assist with special procedures and endoscopic exams.
- Manage conscious sedation for specialty cases
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and prescription workflows.
- Complete patient forms and insurance authorizations.
Qualifications
- Current RN certification and BLS/ACLS
- Conscious Sedation
- 2+ years of RN experience preferred. Radiation Oncology preferred.
- EMR proficiency (Mosaiq, MIM, or similar).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Work Environment
- Direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Occasional travel between centers.
- Physical
