About this role
As our Surgical Scrub Technologist, You will play a critical role in patient care, work alongside top surgeons, and participate in life-saving procedures daily.
Everyday you will communicate and provide assistance to physicians, patients, anesthesia, staff, family members, and visitors to ensure highest standards are met within the Operating room.
To be successful in this role you must anticipate needs, colloboate with the surgical team, monitor sterile fields and set the OR up for success.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and monitor sterile fields with the highest standards.
- Anticipate surgeon's needs and pass instruments efficiently.
- Collaborate with RNs on counts and ensure medication safety.
- Actively participate in the Time-out process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operating room environment.
