Avalon Care Center Yakima is now hiring Registered Nurses to join our outstanding team! Full time, part time, and PRN available. Day and Noc shifts. $1.00
- shift differential for eves, $3.00
- shift differential for Nights. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents' conditions, conducting assessments, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, responding to emergencies, educating residents and families, maintaining clinical documentation in EMR, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, and promoting dignity and well-being of residents. Qualifications include a current active RN license, demonstrated RN clinical assessment skills, recent clinical experience in geriatrics, understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations, ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits, and must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements.
