Overview

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a Med Surg setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of direct nursing care following established protocols. Create and monitor comprehensive patient care plans, communicating condition changes to the clinical team. Coordinate seamless patient experiences by acting as the primary liaison across medical disciplines. Facilitate safe discharge transitions by collaborating with healthcare team members and preparing patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills
