About this role
Registered Nurse, RN at Majestic Care of Middletown. RNs render skilled technical nursing services to residents within an assigned unit/wing in support of medical care as directed by the nursing management team; supervises CNAs to ensure a high quality of care is provided to all residents. Key responsibilities include initiating team conferences for nursing care plans, assessing and documenting residents' conditions, implementing physicians' orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, participating in orientation and in-service training, assisting physicians with tests and procedures, reporting observations, coordinating nursing care, and assisting with emergency measures.
