About this role

Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings. The RN accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.
