Full-time | Night Shift

How you'll make an impact in this role

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes. Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs. Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery. Coordinate care across disciplines, bringing together providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth and effective patient experience. Guide discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
