About this role
Fulton Commons is hiring Registered Nurses. Excellent opportunity for New Grads to gain clinical experience. Uses nursing judgement and knowledge of gerontological nursing to set priorities and make decisions.
Implements physician orders accurately and in a timely manner. Performs standard nursing treatments and observes resident for desired and unwanted effects. Assess & implement Residents' care plans.
Supervises, directs and/or provides resident care when assigned. Provides support to patients, friends, and families. Maintains documentation of patient care services.
Must have an active/unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse License. Should have excellent clinical assessment skills. Ability to make good independent decisions.
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office. Long-Term Care Experience Preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
