Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Available patient cases, schedules, hours, and clinical needs vary. Our recruiting team works to identify opportunities that align with each nurse's experience, skills, location, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
- Follow the patient's individualized plan of care.
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Provide G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, seizure, and other skilled care as applicable to the assigned patient.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate with families and the Gentle Care clinical team.
- Provide patient and family education and support.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
