Summary
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experiences
