Location: La Crosse & Onalaska, WI FTE: 0.6 FTE (48 hours per two weeks)

Schedule

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

  • Weekend Rotation: One weekend approximately every 3 months (short AM shifts)
  • Holiday Rotation: One holiday approximately every 2 years
  • On call : One weekend a month for methadone clinic after successful methadone orientation

What You’ll Do

Provide outpatient behavioral health nursing care across adult and pediatric programs. Provide nursing support for patients seeking treatment for addictions. Dispense suboxone and methadone in conjunction with our Opioid Treatment Program. Assist with intake coverage for Unity House Residential Treatment Program as needed. Manage in-basket tasks, phone triage, injections, and intakes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Minimum Associate degree in Nursing
  • Active RN license to practice in Wisconsin
  • CPR: Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider

Preferred

  • Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Experience in behavioral health and/or addictions
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain strong boundaries and adapt to evolving department needs
