Duties
Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards, including CMS regulations.
Conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic business goals.
Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement.
Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Analyze key performance indicators, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement initiatives.
Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
