Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 Length: 6 weeks Openings: 3 American Traveler is hiring an LPN with home health experience and HCHB PointCare proficiency to support an EMR implementation and precepting initiative in Southern Oregon (license required if applicable).

Details Home health setting supporting transition to HCHB PointCare across multiple locations Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Short 6-week contract combining training and go-live support Training phase includes in-person sessions Tuesday-Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday Go-live phase involves on-site preceptor support for current travelers and staff Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Oregon LPN/LVN license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable Minimum 1 year of home health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Must be tech-savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and precepting others Additional Information Complete three weeks of HCHB PointCare education prior to go-live Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance during go-live to current travelers and staff Gain hands-on experience with HCHB, EMR implementation, precepting, and AI-supported tools No time off requests accepted during this short contract
