As the Manager of Clinical Services, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. Requirements &
Responsibilities
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of hospice clinical experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
- Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
- Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
- Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
- Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

The starting salary range for this role is $108,000 - $120,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
