Our team includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Speech Therapists, supporting veterans and active duty families, seniors, and children and adults with special needs.
Position Duties
Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions, and changes. Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care. Provide one-to-one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with a G-tube. Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums.
