Holy Innocents' Episcopal School is seeking a School Nurse to support students in the Upper School. This is a full-time, academic year position reporting to the Upper School Principal. Responsibilities

Respond to emergency situations and general first aide triage in a professional manner by providing quality, responsive health care to all students. Conduct student health assessments and complete all necessary reports. Manage annual student drug screening process.

Maintain accurate and complete health records in compliance with school policy and administrative regulation. Revise and adhere to policies, regulations and procedures of the school relating to school health and safety plan and comply with school regulations and procedures. Promote and assist in the design and delivery of health education for students and families.

Collaborate with other school professionals, parents and, community members, and health care givers to meet the health, developmental and education needs of the students, serving as a liaison between school, parent, physician and community. Possess the skills and knowledge necessary to train staff on first aide issues including, CPR, allergy awareness and medicine distribution.
