About this role
Registered Nurse candidates for the Free-Standing Emergency Department will provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process and maintaining compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Care is to be conducted in a collaborative manner with all members of the healthcare team to deliver quality care and the best possible patient outcome.
Qualifications
3+ years of recent (within the last year) Acute Care ER RN experience. Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held in another state, active FL RN compact license required within 90 days of hire. Advanced Nurse Practitioner license acceptable. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required within 30 days.
