Registered Nurse - Day Shift

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who will perform their nursing duties in a manner that provides the highest level of care, while also being a voice in patient care decisions and making a difference in our patient's lives. The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team, establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with nursing leadership and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care. Experience with trach/vents. Operates various equipment including portable feeding pumps, bedside commodes. Provides routine nursing care such as starting IVs, performing dressing changes. Administers and evaluates medication therapies.
