Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- How does the productivity or RVU formula work?
- Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
- Does the employer cover malpractice and tail coverage?
- What should I expect for shifts, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
