Patient load & staffing
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3-4 (Acute Rehab avg)

Worth asking

  • Can you walk me through the base pay range and differentials?
  • Can you confirm which shifts are open, how many hours and shifts are expected each week, and what the weekend, holiday, call, and rotation requirements are?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are floating and staffing support handled day to day?

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
